Nik Hepner has been a Physical Therapist Assistant since 2019 graduating from Naugatuck Valley Community College. Since graduating he has been working in outpatient physical therapy clinics with a focus on manual techniques in conjunction with proper exercise techniques to achieve the best outcomes for patients. Prior to working in physical therapy, Nik was a personal trainer in Manchester, CT for about 10 years with a focus on functional mobility, strength training, and nutrition. In his free time, Nik enjoys spending time with his wife, 2 kids, and 2 dogs; they enjoy swimming, traveling, being outside, cooking, and staying active.
